We are a contracting and construction company with over 4 decades of combined experience. We specialize in new builds, commercial or residential, remodels and insurance claims.
Our vision is to be the very best and most profitable young, aggressive, growing, multi-divisional, independently owned and operated contracting company serving home remodel, new home construction and insurance clientele with a specialized and dedicated team for each aspect within a 100 mile radius of Laclede County Missouri.
We always strive for the best quality work possible. All work is completed to building code. RR owns its own bobcat which allows for faster work and rental savings to be passed on to the customer.
Our Team
– Founder, Owner, President –
Josh Richardson has already run a successful contracting and construction business for several years in his hometown of Lebanon, MO. Josh is water mitigation and lead certified as well as smoke and fire certified. He will be certified in mold mitigation shortly. He is a faith filled, family-oriented man. He is happily married with a blended family of 5 beautiful children. Josh is a true servant and believes in providing fast, quality service to our community and the surrounding areas.
-Office Executive –
Glenda Johnston is a retired teacher from Lebanon, MO. She joined the RR Contracting family in September of 2020 and now runs the office. She has been instrumental in beginning the RR Contracting business and handles all the insurance communication so that you don’t have to. Glenda is a faith filled, family-oriented woman. She is happily married with 3 beautiful children. Glenda believes in hard work and striving for greatness.
-Technician-
Quinton Webb is originally from Buffalo, MO. He joined the RR Contracting family during the spring of 2018. Quinton holds certifications in smoke and fire restoration. He is a very personable, client-oriented man. He takes a lot of pride in his work. Quinton has been a valuable part of the RR Contracting family for years and looks forward to being an integral asset to the RR Contracting, LLC business.

Michael Roberts is a young man from Alabama that found his way to Waynesville during his high school years. He joined the RR Contracting family during the summer of 2020. Michael holds certification in water mitigation and will soon be certified in mold remediation as well. He is a very personable, client-oriented young man. Michael strives to give his absolute best to growing this company and completing all mitigation jobs properly and efficiently.
